Job Summary: As a Technical Lead cum Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and managing the entire project lifecycle. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of our technical solutions, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Oversee the design and architecture of technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Technology Stack Management:
- Lead the development efforts using Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, and MongoDB.
- Oversee the development of mobile applications using Android (Kotlin) and iOS.
- Manage and optimize the deployment and performance of applications on AWS.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the business.
- Education:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience in developing mobile applications using Android (Kotlin) and iOS.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
