About the Role

A Ninja is a Technical Project Manager, who is part of the Delivery team, which is responsible for making the customer\xe2\x80\x99s dream and vision a software reality. The Ninja team is responsible for managing multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously. This is a hands-on position where the Ninja (TPM) will be responsible from inception till the closure of the projects while focusing on functional and technical designs and specifications, backlog grooming, multiple sprint planning, release planning, testing, working with key strategic partners, remote teams and more.

We\'re looking for individuals with a proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects under demanding timelines. The individual must have a methodological, data-driven mindset. The individual must function within processes to thrive for customer success. Also Should have worked on multiple Mobile/ Web App projects.

What will you be responsible for

• Lead cross functional development on new Projects from requirement through delivery
• Deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines and communicate regularly with the leadership on status, schedule, risks and change control
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple teams and vendors, navigating competing priorities
• Work with subject matter experts to lead and drive new technology initiatives and evaluations
• Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization
• Success in this role hinges on having natural curiosity, developing a deep understanding of the product\xe2\x80\x99s use case and balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.
• Drive consensus on technical decisions and ensure the appropriate resources are employed to deliver high quality results
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at the project level

• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical individuals
• Data and Process oriented mind set is a must
• 3-4 Years of Technical experience is a must
• 6-7 years of project management experience is a must
• Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them.
• Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk
• Cool, calm, collected and collaborative ,Work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Can shift readily between the "big picture\xe2\x80\x9d and the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each.
• Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
• People Management skills
