:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 10Department overviewAutomotiveMastermind provides U.S. automotive dealers with AI/behavior prediction analytics software and marketing solutions that improve the vehicle purchase process and results. The company's cloud-based technology helps dealers precisely predict automobile-buying behavior and automates the creation of microtargeted customer communications, leading to proven higher sales and more consistent customer retention.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Managers to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining a roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams you are partneringwith
• Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program timeline, status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Partner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
• Demonstrate intense ownership for your program, stepping in to own and resolve issues/risks before they impact the program
• Serve as a subject matter expert and single point of contact for the program. Grow into your role and be willing to learn
• Help establishes reusable processes and best practices

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• 6+ years of project or program management or related experience
• 2+ years working in the Scrum Agile process; Scrum Master or Product Manager is a plus
• Proven track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple teams.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging all team members and leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
• Ability to lead cross functional, international teams and hold everyone accountable for achieving program and team goals.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Energetic, proactive, ability to learn quickly, and work well in a team environment.
• A very good understanding of IT technologies and software development cycle
• Experience working with international, distributed teams is a plus
• Experience in the automotive domain is a plus
