The challenge
Adobe Technical Product Consultants provide accurate and timely technical support to Digital Marketing customers via telephone and email. They manage support issues of a complex and technical nature with varying degrees of priority, all while delighting Adobe customers. Technical Support Consultants address incidents within predetermined service levels, requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritize. They carry out projects as assigned and support other team members to represent Adobe in a professional manner.
What you will do
\xef\x83\x98 Provides technical support via telephone and email, and thoroughly logs all interactions in respective support cases.
\xef\x83\x98 Validates and reports customer submitted product bug reports with precision.
\xef\x83\x98 Scope, troubleshoot resolve customer's issue and educates customers on the use of Adobe Analytics.
\xef\x83\x98 Assists in testing new and enhanced products.
\xef\x83\x98 Manages projects professionally and within stated timelines.
\xef\x83\x98 Fully owns cases in their name and contributes to success of global team.
\xef\x83\x98 Identifies trends and potential issues and quickly communicates with affected parties.
\xef\x83\x98 Support sustainable&. scalable software solutions for Adobe's largest customers.
\xef\x83\x98 Helps maintain accurate and complete product documentation.
\xef\x83\x98 Treat each case as an opportunity to delight customers, despite factors outside control of consultant (such as product limitations or dependencies on third parties)
\xef\x83\x98 Weekend or holiday coverage as required by the business.
\xef\x83\x98 Assists in special projects and other duties as assigned.
What you need to be eligible:
\xef\x83\x98 Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
\xef\x83\x98 At least, three years\' experience in a customer support environment, preferably in a high enterprise tech setting
\xef\x83\x98 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
\xef\x83\x98 Be a problem solver, constantly identifying opportunities to improve processes and then acting.
\xef\x83\x98 Ability to troubleshoot problems while ensuring customer satisfaction systematically and effectively within stated service level goals.
\xef\x83\x98 Extensive knowledge of MS Office, email, and how the Internet and websites work
\xef\x83\x98 Ability to build strong collaboration across internal teams and to a customer advocate.
Technical Acumen requirements:
\xef\x83\x98 Must have, Deep knowledge and understanding of HTML, JavaScript, Perl, Web 2.0, and web services.
\xef\x83\x98 Knowledge of Internet/Digital Marketing concepts, Mobile, DTM, Tag Management.
\xef\x83\x98 Experience with SQL and database management.
\xef\x83\x98 Experience with data insertion and reporting APls, SOAP, REST and PHP
\xef\x83\x98 Knowledge of Mobile and Video programming solutions
\xef\x83\x98 Knowledge of Experience with Tag Management tools
\xef\x83\x98 Desirable to have experience using Adobe Analytics and or optimization tools.
\xef\x83\x98 Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex analytic implementation issues.
\xef\x83\x98 Practical understanding of JQuery, Angular JS, Any JS Framework
\xef\x83\x98 Knowledge of API (Application Programing Interface)
\xef\x83\x98 Ability to identify, research and quantify business problems using statistical analyses on large data sets.
\xef\x83\x98 Proven skills of leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product or technical client service lead or solution consultant.
\xef\x83\x98 Desirable Adobe Experience Cloud tool certification (Adobe Analytics desirable)
\xef\x83\x98 General knowledge about working with Google, Tealium, Salesforce and Pega technologies
\xef\x83\x98 Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint
