:Strong skills in Network Delivery function Network troubleshooting skills, troubleshoot issues in the network infrastructure of the company to determine the areas where fixes are required and ensure resolution of the same Technical knowledge to handle large scale Network projects related. Hands on knowledge to manage Network projects on Network protocols, Configurations w.r.t Firewall/Switches /Routers / Wifi / SD WAN etc Knowledge of HTTP / HTTPS, DNS, SMTP, POP3, FTP, TCP ports, etc. to ensure network and applications are up and running End to end management of ongoing or new projects related to Network such as SD WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall Migration etc. Internet Service Providers Knowledge Hands on experience with Service NOW Responsible for managing New/Upgrade/Degrade/Termination of Network Links/Infrastructure projects. Participate in Network related calls. Work with SPOCs when needed for POCs to be done. Convert the Demand to Project in ServiceNow Tool Look for Automation opportunities in ServiceNow.
