Job Requirements: Candidates should, preferably, have a doctoral degree (or those who have completed the final submission of their thesis) in any domain of agricultural science (or other branches of science closely related to agriculture) in order to be considered for this role. Previous experience in handling agricultural projects would be an added advantage while being considered for this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a prerequisite for this role. Besides, colloquial fluency in Bengali is expected from successful candidates. About IORF: Inhana Organic Research Foundation (IORF) is a one-of-its-kind knowledge and research centre on sustainable organic agriculture. IORF is a not-for-profit foundation built on individual endeavour (and is not an offshoot of any large corporate, or other, entity). Dr. Phalguni Das Biswas, the Founder Director of IORF, has efficiently steered this foundation around his vision of \' Access to Safe, Healthy & Nutritious Food is the Legitimate Right of All \' over the last two decades of its existence. He has developed the path-breaking Inhana Rational Farming (IRF) Technology - based on the ancient Vedic philosophy of Element Energy Activation Principle on one hand, along with the most stringent modern scientific rigour on the other - that stands on the pillars of Inhana Soil Health Management and Inhana Plant Health Management protocols which hold the edifice of \'Sustainable Organic Agriculture\' (that ensures both economic and ecological sustainability at the same time, unlike mere organic farming!). IRF Technology is, arguably, the ONLY available agricultural technology that attends the \'health\' factor of both soil & plants based on scientific principles. IRF Technology manifested a few of its true potential in developing the world\'s only Carbon-Neutral Tea Estate in Assam; the best model of safe & sustainable food production (Clean Food); the best model of Agri-Net Zero (Clean Food - Net Zero); apart from many other projects in the domain of Sustainable Organic Agriculture. IRF Technology is perhaps the ONLY proprietary agricultural technology that has more than 86 research articles (published in national and international agro-science journals of repute) dedicated to study its astounding, almost miraculous, deliverables in the domain of Sustainable Agriculture. Over the last two decades of its existence, IORF has worked closely with numerous national and international bodies like FAO of The UN, various central & state government agencies, numerous universities of national importance and many other entities. In 2021, IORF forayed into the domain of Sustainability for the first time in its eventful journey - in cognizance of the shared values of its partner, IBM, towards sustainability. The resulting IBM-IORF Sustainability Program (designed to develop the Clean Food Model) has won all the CSR & Sustainability awards across India that it decided to participate in. IORF has a very efficient laboratory that carries out extremely significant studies and analyses. It has developed numerous standards and protocols - in the domain of Soil Analysis, and others - that are highly sought after in the realm of Sustainable Agriculture. National agencies, like ISRO among others, avail the services of our laboratory on a regular basis. IORF has never commercialized its proprietary IRF Technology, and other tools & indices, despite its immense potential to do so - thereby exhibiting its utmost commitment towards social causes. IORF is a closely knit family, flourishing on the individual brilliance of its members that ensures delivery of the collective virtuosity in its every single endeavour . About the Role: As a \'Senior Technical Manager (Projects)\' you are expected to: a) Exhibit the \'right\' attitude and aptitude for quick learning; b) Study, understand and imbibe the scientific philosophy behind IORF\'s IRF Technology - showing diligence in learning the nuances of the path-breaking concept of Inhana Plant Health Management as well as Inhana Soil Health Management; c) Develop in-depth knowledge of tools, indices and standards developed by IORF, which would be of utmost necessity for discharging your duties at IORF; d) Contribute towards IORF\'s continuous Research & Development in the domain of Sustainable Organic Agriculture - within the laboratory and otherwise; e) Contribute in the field-level execution of the various projects undertaken by IORF; f) Contribute towards the prolific body of published research articles of IORF through proper data collection & documentation of projects and preparing professional presentations on such projects;
