Job Requirements: Candidates should, preferably, have a doctoral degree (or those who have completed the final submission of their thesis) in any domain of agricultural science (or other branches of science closely related to agriculture) in order to be considered for this role. Previous experience in handling agricultural projects would be an added advantage while being considered for this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a prerequisite for this role. Besides, colloquial fluency in Bengali is expected from successful candidates. About IORF: Inhana Organic Research Foundation (IORF) is a one-of-its-kind knowledge and research centre on sustainable organic agriculture. IORF is a not-for-profit foundation built on individual endeavour (and is not an offshoot of any large corporate, or other, entity). About the Role: As a \'Senior Technical Manager (Projects)\' you are expected to: a) Exhibit the \'right\' attitude and aptitude for quick learning; b) Study, understand and imbibe the scientific philosophy behind IORF\'s IRF Technology - showing diligence in learning the nuances of the path-breaking concept of Inhana Plant Health Management as well as Inhana Soil Health Management; c) Develop in-depth knowledge of tools, indices and standards developed by IORF, which would be of utmost necessity for discharging your duties at IORF; d) Contribute towards IORF\'s continuous Research & Development in the domain of Sustainable Organic Agriculture - within the laboratory and otherwise; e) Contribute in the field-level execution of the various projects undertaken by IORF; f) Contribute towards the prolific body of published research articles of IORF through proper data collection & documentation of projects and preparing professional presentations on such projects;
