We are looking for passionate software professionals in our Digital Issuance team to join us in our agile environment and be part of for our extensive range of solutions for the banking ecosystem both on cloud services and on-premises. The team is part of the Banking and Payment Services (BPS) business line of Thales\'s DIS Global Business Unit. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating the analysis of new customer requirements, technical study & quotations coming from Product Manager or Pre-sales. Responsible for coordinating development, validation and bug fixing. Responsible to deliver high quality code and package within specified deadlines. Ensure development complies with Security standards (PCI), privacy standards (GDPR) Ensure the product technical referential is up to date (OS, framework versions ). Approve the technical & technological choices taken by the Dev team. Monitor development activity, report progress against deadlines Contribute to overall development process improvement and ensure good sharing of practices between team members. Motivate team provide tools & processes so the team work efficiently. Work closely with development teams, validators, integrators to monitor developments and verifies consistency with architecture principles. Code Review on some core / strategic components of the product. Coordinate L3 support Job skills & qualifications: Bachelors or Master\'s degree in computer science or related discipline. 11 - 14 years of experience working on application development. Experience working with Java JEE Software development. Experienced in Spring ecosystem, Hibernate, WebService/REST API, WS-Security, SoapUI, GIT, Maven Experienced in Database server (Oracle, MySQL, Aurora) Experience in Application Servers (JBoss) Experience in continuous integration & continuous deployment (Jenkins, pentaho). Experience in GWT, VueJS, JSF, javascript. Experience in Agile & Dev ops methodologies. Ability to lead and contribute to technical discussion and troubleshooting as required. Proven ability to make decisions and perform complex problem-solving activities under pressure. Experience in banking card instant issuance system, banking card processor integration or banking card ecosystem is highly appreciated. Experience in card printer software integration is appreciated Strong team player with proven team development experience, has leadership, is rigorous and organized, and has listening and communication skills.
