Reporting relationship : Senior Technical Specialist.Requirement of Senior Technical Lead, responsible for leading and managing a team of Android and C++ developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality android based applications and C++ based applications. He/she need to play a key role in driving the technical direction of our Android and C++ projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices, should be passionate about technology, mentorship, and driving innovation.Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of Android and C++ developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Define technical architecture, design patterns, and development standards for Android and C++ applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Drive the development lifecycle, from planning and estimation to implementation, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency across projects.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Android development and advocate for their adoption as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the development team.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing support, guidance, and opportunities for growth and development.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience in Android application development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leading the teams
• Expertise in C++, Java and/or Kotlin programming languages
• Strong understanding of Android application development frameworks, architecture patterns, and best practices
• Strong understanding of oops concepts and C++ programming
• Must have worked with databases like SQLite and/or Postgres.
• Experience with Eclipse, Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, and related tools
• Proven track record of leading successful software development projects, from concept to delivery
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
