This position requires an individual who can manage the technical operations of our clients facility, ensure compliance with best practices, and effectively lead a technical team. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and work alongside other departments to ensure operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Technical Reporting:

• Responsible for daily reporting on mechanical and electrical (M&E) operations to the Engineering Manager.
• Generate service maintenance reports for office equipment.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement of spares and consumables.
• Prepare downtime and breakdown incident reports to identify and address recurring issues.

Performance Objectives:

• Meet or exceed industry best practices in service provision through effective contract management.
• Establish and adhere to policies, procedures, and compliance deadlines as advised by the Operations Manager.
• Demonstrate effective team management and leadership skills.
• Manage a wide range of issues, from strategic contract management to contributing to day-to-day operations.
• Familiarize yourself with the service structure to respond to facilities management issues promptly and manage operating expenditures.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and efficient execution of all technical tasks.
• Develop and ensure adherence to policies and procedures for seamless operations.
• Provide input on strategic decisions regarding contract and resource management.

Communication and Presentation:

• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in engineering, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, or facilities management.
• Extensive experience (6+years) in managing technical operations within a facilities environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple operational tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for reporting and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
