\xe2\x97\x8f Support to ensure adequate supply of materials including Electrical,
plumbing, Carpentry
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with t he landlord team t o ensure compliance with statutory
regulations on f ire, health and safety standards & building management\xe2\x97\x8fConduct weekly physical inventory f or stock management and raise I MT
requests
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with vendor staff & staff on site t o ensure t he smooth operation \xe2\x97\x8fRoutinely inspect t he building, have regular walk arounds and raise tickets f or closure of t he identified snags on a daily basis
\xe2\x97\x8f Participate i n emergency evacuation procedures including crisis
management and business continuity
\xe2\x97\x8f Assess & analysis of t he readings f or weekly & monthly reports on M & E,
covering t he maintenance contracts, spare parts consumption, Incident
reports, Improvement projects etc
\xe2\x97\x8f Support the assistant manager- technical in identifying energy management,
saving opportunities, risk management.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all t he electromechanical systems planned preventive maintenance
are undertaken i n accordance with t he 52 week calendar
\xe2\x97\x8f Share 2 min GUTS survey form t o users and take corrective action on
the users feedback, randomly meet users on a daily basis t o
understand t he facilities services
\xe2\x97\x8f Track Staff attendance through VMT tool
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate & support office renovation and refurbishment activities \xe2\x97\x8f
Support assistant manager- technical t o forecast t he regular & monthly spends for the month
\xe2\x97\x8f Support i n procurement process f or regular and ad hoc technical
activities\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with t he vendor\xe2\x80\x99s t o receive monthly invoices on
time.
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate f or quarterly NDC\xe2\x80\x99s f or principle / non principle vendor\xe2\x97\x8f Provide a training t o t he onsite team equipments procedure & implementation\xe2\x97\x8fRecommend continuous quality improvement practices
\xe2\x97\x8f Additional activity given by site services manager / clientPerformance objectives\xe2\x97\x8f Client/Stakeholder Management
\xe2\x97\x8b Proactively engage stakeholders t o ensure t hat on site client\xe2\x80\x99s
expectations are met though high levels of customer service
\xe2\x97\x8b Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships
across multiple levels of the organisation
\xe2\x97\x8b Proactively understand t he customers/ employees needs and act
on t hem before being requested\xe2\x97\x8f Finance Management
\xe2\x97\x8b Accurate billing and i nvoicing
\xe2\x97\x8b Adherence t o t he monthly f orecast
\xe2\x97\x8b I nvoice management.\xe2\x97\x8f Procurement & Vendor Management
\xe2\x97\x8b Work on getting quotations as per site need
\xe2\x97\x8b Sharing i ndents f or monthly material supply
\xe2\x97\x8b Zero stock out of situation\xe2\x97\x8f Other Key Activities
\xe2\x97\x8b Participate in emergency evacuation procedures including

the maintenance contracts, spare parts consumption, Incident

24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
Key attributes\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent people skills and ability t o interact with a wide range of client staff
and demands
\xe2\x97\x8f Tertiary qualifications i n Electrical Engineering essential
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of occupational safety requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Finance Management (Invoices)
