About the Team
The main task of the Professional Services department is the implementation of our CloudSense solutions on a Salesforce CRM.
The team consists of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Business Consultants, and Technical Consultants who currently count approximately 140 colleagues, located in Croatia, India, Australia, the UK, and the US.
Our people are creative and intellectually curious, working across the industries we serve, demonstrating the value of our solution by improving key aspects of our customers' business on Salesforce CRM platform.

We are seeking an eager and diligent Technical Consultant to join our team in the Professional Services Department. As a Technical Consultant, you will work alongside our valued clients to assess their requirements and develop a tailored solution that enhances the capabilities and efficiency of their Configure, Price, and Quote systems. This collaborative effort involves partnering with our in-house project team, consisting of Business Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and other critical stakeholders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Work closely with worldwide present clients to identify their unique needs and requirements, gain an understanding of their work practices and business operations, and define the scope of the project.
• Design and implement new and enhanced functionalities and optimizations to ensure that our solutions meet the clients' specifications and exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate with a team of validators, integrators, and project managers to ensure that all aspects of the project are effectively coordinated and executed.
• Serve as a technical lead for small teams and projects, providing guidance and support to junior consultants and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
• Provide technical assistance to junior consultants and team members on the use of functional and technical tool sets, helping to build their skills and knowledge.

• Deliver compelling project presentations, writing project reports, and leading straightforward client meetings.
Required skills
• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• Strong experience in Object-oriented programming and design
• Extensive experience with web-based development and relevant frameworks
• Basic experience with Oracle, MS SQL, or MySQL databases
• Experience of SVN, Git, or equivalent source control system
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience in analyzing complex requirements and designing new software
• Demonstrable commitment to producing high-quality work with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent spoken and written English, including the effective use of business and technical terms
• Experience in working with both functional/technical and business-oriented people within a business
• Experience in client-facing environments
• Strong presentation capabilities, confidence, motivation, and communication skills
• Strong self-motivation and time management with the ability to work effectively with all parts of the business
• Willingness to work in Salesforce-related technologies, products, and projects
• Be a quick learner and keen to embrace new technologies and development frameworks
• Be a clear communicator and team player and be able to work under your own initiative
Desired skills:
• Prior experience in CloudSense Products development, administration and configuration (e.g. as a Sales Engineer, Consultant or similar)
• Prior experience in Salesforce administration and configuration or as a Salesforce developer
• Understanding of functional and technical architecture of Salesforce and CloudSense products w(e.g. integration patterns and solution architecture)
• Skills in formatting and presentation of common document formats such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of at least one vertical industry (telecommunications, utility, media...)
• Additional languages (in particular German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Nordics languages)
