What success looks like in this role:As a Senior Technical Consultant you will have 5+ years of strong experience in ServiceNow with a combination of technical development and customer-facing skills.You communicate openly with technical colleagues & customer stakeholders, while supporting Business Analysts, Project Managers and others in the implementation team. You\xe2\x80\x99re able to present business process solutions to customers and guide them towards best practice implementations. You advise on customer requirements, providing qualification and questioning as required to work together to deliver efficient, maintainable and flexible outcomes.We are growing the impact of the Now Platform in our customer\xe2\x80\x99s organisations, taking them through the journey of a strong ITSM, ITOM & CSDM foundation, through to adjacent areas of SPM, Custom Apps, SecOps and beyond. You will have strong expertise across the Platform, in ITSM and in Custom Applications, with good knowledge of ITOM, CMDB & CSDM, and will have Certifications across some of these areas with a desire to grow your skills further. • 2+ years consulting experience plus a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience in software development.
