Position: Transfer Pricing Manager.



Location: Based in Worley's Mumbai office and working as part of the global Tax team, the Transfer Pricing Manager will report to the Worley Group's Transfer Pricing Director based in North Sydney, Australia. The Transfer Pricing Manager will contribute to the delivery of compliance and related advisory work for intercompany transactions globally, with a particular focus on the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.


Specific accountabilities will include:


• Preparation of global transfer pricing documentation and disclosures.


• Documentation and implementation of transfer pricing policies across a range of intercompany transactions on a global basis.


• Preparation of intercompany charge calculations.


• Financial and commercial analysis of transfer pricing outcomes.


• Analysis and support for tax authority audit defense.


• Preparation of country-by-country reporting information.


• Provision of transfer pricing advice to the operations and key stakeholders.


• Liaising with external advisors where required.

Q ualification and Skill Sets:



To be considered for this role, you will be Degree-qualified in a relevant Business, Commerce, or similar quantitative discipline with 10+ years of working experience in a Chartered firm and/or commercial transfer pricing environment. Skills, experience, and attributes we are looking for include:


• Solid technical transfer pricing and analytical skills.


• High degree of quantitative analysis skills, including significant expertise with Microsoft Excel.


• A grasp of financial accounting concepts.


• Strong commercial acumen.
• Effective communication and writing skills.


• Big 4 Accounting firm training is very well regarded, but not essential.
