The Transfer Pricing Manager will contribute to the delivery of compliance and related advisory work for intercompany transactions globally, with a particular focus on the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.Specific accountabilities will include:\xc2\xb7 Preparation of global transfer pricing documentation and disclosures.\xc2\xb7 Documentation and implementation of transfer pricing policies across a range of intercompany transactions on a global basis.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of intercompany charge calculations.\xc2\xb7 Financial and commercial analysis of transfer pricing outcomes.\xc2\xb7 Analysis and support for tax authority audit defense.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of country-by-country reporting information.\xc2\xb7 Provision of transfer pricing advice to the operations and key stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Liaising with external advisors where required.This is a rare opportunity to demonstrate and develop your skills in a growing area of Tax on a global platform within a prestigious global engineering services and advisory company operating in the resources & energy sector.When you join Worley, you will join an equal opportunity employer that believes in the inherent benefits of a diverse workplace, that promotes inclusion and flexibility.
