RESPONSIBILITIES• Train and Mentor junior developers hired from engineering campuses
• Create / update course content
• Collaborate with practices and delivery owners to understand what is the current trend in technology and impart the trainings to campus hired fresh graduates
• Problem Solver, work with engineer closely during day to resolve their doubts. Do pair programming if needed



REQUIREMENTS• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as Automation Engineer, done hands-on coding in Java, Selenium, API Automation & knowledge on BDD
• Willing to play a role of trainer / mentor for minimum of 2 years
• Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in training within product or IT service companies
