RESPONSIBILITIES• Train and Mentor junior developers hired from engineering campuses
• Create / update course content
• Collaborate with practices and delivery owners to understand what is the current trend in technology and impart the trainings to campus hired fresh graduates
• Problem Solver, work with engineer closely during day to resolve their doubts. Do pair programming if needed



REQUIREMENTS• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as developer, done hands-on coding in frontend technology (JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue, Node)
• In-depth knowledge in JavaScript including ES6+ and Typescript
• Strong proficiency in Angular & React
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and frameworks for it
• Strong understanding of Node.js file system, HTTP module, Events
• Experience with common Front End tools like Webpack, gulp, npm, babel, etc
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Willing to play a role of trainer / mentor for minimum of 2 years
