Key Responsibilities:
• Resourcing Partners:
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential resourcing partners.
• Maintain a database of current and potential resourcing partners.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with resourcing partners to ensure competitive and mutually beneficial arrangements.
• Should have experience in staff Augmentation and contract hiring / 3rd party contract hiring.
• Client Coordination:
• Communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding resourcing and staffing needs.
• Ensure all client requirements are clearly documented.
• Interview Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Ensure all relevant information and documentation are provided to both clients and candidates prior to interviews.
• Follow up with clients and candidates' post-interview to gather feedback and facilitate the next steps in the hiring process.
Talent Sourcing:
• Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates for in house requirement.

• Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Recruitment Metrics:
• Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Continuously analyse and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the HR or staffing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience : 6 to 10 years
