JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will have full responsibility for deliveringcomprehensive recruitment strategy and end to end recruitment service deliveryacross all internaland external roles at Novotech. Identifying and utilising innovative routes to market, as well as creating new talent pools, you will be responsible for attracting best-in-market talent for the India team and globally when required. You will be required to use your superior stakeholder management skills to work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and successfully deliver upon these needs. You may be required to work from our Bangalore office2-3 days per week. Responsibilities: Partner with Line Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. Full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Grow and foster relationships with active and passive talent including building talent pools and mapping. Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and manage campaigns. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates. Attend meetings with hiring managers and provide updates on recruitment progress. Assist in the negotiating of offers with successful candidates. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level. 5 years\'+ experience in-house and/or agency recruitment in a matrix environment. High degree of familiarity and competence with LinkedIn Recruiter . Strong knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems. Personal integrity and respect for confidential information. Self-organized and methodical with a sense of urgency. An excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. High level of initiative and ability to work independently. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
