Were seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People Team at LSEG and partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop and implement talent acquisition strategy to support this exciting journey.The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for driving recruitment best practices, processes and delivery across India. The TAP will consult with hiring managers on establishing a sourcing strategy to attract, assess and deliver high profile talent to the company. The role will also be responsible for building a proactive talent sourcing strategy and pipeline as well as continued development and promotion of the LSEG employment brand. Start your next adventure with our diverse TA team and unlock your potential!Role ResponsibilitiesPartnering with hiring managers and developing a sourcing strategy for each role and regular communication and updates to hiring managersEnsuring standardization of global recruiting processes and proceduresDeveloping and handling a talent pipeline for the market that is in line with the businesses current and future requirementsDevelop and implement innovative and creative solutions to sourcing and candidate management xe2x80x93 including developing direct sourcing channels, employee referrals, advertising and other methodsPartner closely with central sourcing team including market mapping and market intelligence dataImplement an internet and social media strategy campaign, evaluate funding sources and make proposals to ensure LSEG is appropriately positioned in the regionEnsure regular reporting of relevant recruiting metrics to assess efficiency of recruiting programs and talent hiredEnsuring data integrity, having 100% of all applications recorded on Workday and accurate reporting and metricsDelivering Proficiency based training to all people managers and ensuring a robust hiring process that includes 100% of offered candidates have a competency-based interviewInterviewing all candidates before they are hired and conducting relevant assessments i.e. WePow, SBI, Technology CodingEnsuring a high quality and consistent approach to job descriptions and job adverts, including providing training and mentorship to hiring managersPartner with all divisions to leverage relationships across the companyProviding strategic market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity and salaries across the regionBe an advocate for our Inclusive Hiring practicesParticipating and owning ad-hoc TA projectsExperience and Qualifications RequiredSignificant experience as a talent acquisition specialist within TechnologyIn depth understanding of hiring technical roles and knowledge of various tech stacks i.e. Java, Snowflake, C++, Cloud, NetworkProven track record of being able to source and hire directlyAbility to build strong partnerships with internal and external networks, based on mutual trust, courageous and informative advice, and consistent deliveryStrong business acumen with a commercial/pragmatic approachUnderstanding and experience of cultural differences and their impact on business and organizational dynamicsEffective oral and written communication skills when taking care of management and employees at various organization levels, including senior managementStrong influencing and negotiating skillsAbility to collaborate and work across a large, diverse, and matrixed organizationAbility to take care of ambiguous and fluid situationsInnovative and creative thinkingAbility to build strong credibility with business leaders across the companyEffective consulting skills in working with managers in setting recruiting expectations, developing an effective sourcing strategy and evaluating candidatesAbility to use technology optimally and efficiently to manage workloadLSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
