Senior Talent Acquisition PartnerWhy this role is important to usWe are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can enable us deliver on our talent acquisition strategy across various business units and grow our presence in India.Our Talent Acquisition team is a truly global team with team members across the globe, as part of the team you will closely collaborate with EMEA, North American and APAC Recruiters and other parts of our Global People & Culture Team.What you will be responsible for

  • As the Senior TA Partner you are responsible for supporting the people managers with talent acquisition agenda. This means supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle as well as partnering with the business on pursuing the most efficient recruitment strategies to attract great and diverse talent.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing our TA activities across the region including working on recruitment strategy, senior stakeholders interfacing and recruitment vendor management.
  • You will be establishing processes for how to succeed with talent acquisition within an agile environment as well as supporting the development and execution of the employer branding strategy.
  • You will be the point of entry for the management team on the strategic talent acquisition agenda, and you will be working together with the Head of Talent Acquistion on strategies for how to accommodate the talent attraction strategies and reduce our Time to Hire.
  • You will act as sparring partner for the business leaders as well as for your colleagues in the wider Talent Acquisition organization.
  • You will participate actively in interviews by assessing candidates using different test assessments tools when needed.
  • You will be focal point of contact for the BU leaders with relation to any challenges and escalations in the region as well work with the local TA Team to ensure professional and quality delivery.
  • You will be reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition based in Poland
What you will bring
  • You will have 10+ years experience in talent acquisition function, ideally in a global role
  • You have a strong recruitment toolbox, and you are regarded as a trusted advisor within the talent acquisition domain
  • Ideally you would come from the product organization and have a real experience of working in international environment
  • You have previous experience in senior stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 management, implementing process improvements and overseeing recruitment delivery in respected region or business area
  • You have broad understanding on the market environment, competitors\xe2\x80\x99 landscape and ability to build best in class recruitment strategies.
  • People management experience is a plus
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting Module or similar HRIS is advantageous, but not a pre-requisite.
  • You hold advanced English skills and are a good communicator.
  • Experience with psychometric and technical test assessments is beneficial (specifically SHL).
