  • Become a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to Hiring leaders across Delta and collaborate to develop the right organizational structure, job grades and descriptions including appropriate candidate qualifications and experience.
  • Oversee end to end talent acquisition (source to hire) by partnering with Hiring leaders, HR, and DTH staffing vendors.
  • Support outsourced recruiters by developing creative hiring & sourcing strategies by leveraging technical assessments and hiring drives to facilitate effective and efficient hiring lifecycle to land top talent
  • Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction by supporting the demand for technology talent within appropriate time frames with a strong focus on process compliance and candidate diversity.
  • Partner with internal team to help implement and champion new systems and/or processes
  • Partner closely with DTH TA leadership, recruiters on process improvements and/or recruitment marketing questions
  • Use market trends to influence recruiting or sourcing strategies.
  • Use talent acquisition data to develop and analyze key metrics to understand and improve various talent Support ad-hoc projects and programs to establish or enhance people related services
As a Recruiter :
  • Lead, manage and consult on the end-to-end talent acquisition process including but not limited to assisting and developing sourcing strategy and approach for assigned openings for their assigned business units
  • Responsible for the effective sourcing (both passive and active) and screening activities so that hiring managers are presented with the most qualified and appropriately vetted candidates.
  • Focus on diversity in hiring, high-quality interactions and experience
  • Influence hiring managers by keeping on top of and leveraging data-based, current talent-related market data and best TA practices.
  • Responsible for managing the candidate experience to ensure candidates are engaged and informed throughout the process.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and rapid response to key stakeholders (including hiring managers, candidates, DTH HR partners, Recruitment Marketing senior leaders, DTH Talent Team etc.) to ensure the delivery of an efficient, effective and value add talent acquisition experience.
  • Serves as a change agent to identify and assist in driving improvements in professional sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
  • Follows established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies (ATS, etc.) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Accountable for key metrics related to efficiency (speed, throughput, cost, process compliance) and effectiveness (quality of hire over time, source effectiveness, candidate drop-out rates, etc.).?
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):
  • A Master's Degree in HR or related field
  • 8 + years of IT, Engineering & Analytics recruiting experience with a large technology/business consulting organization or a large global company
  • 8 + years of experience in one or more areas:Talent Acquisition
  • Ability successfully partner with cross-functional teams to deliver against recruiting plans
  • Proven track record of effectively building relationships
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Must be able to function independently in a fast-paced work setting
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are required
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in a global consumer product, service industry and/or airline industry with high-volume recruiting and hiring skills
