Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company\xe2\x80\x99s current and future hiring needs. Requirements
- 2+ years\' recruiting experience( IT Industry) \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrable experience in medical industry recruiting and sales recruiting \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective negotiating skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with online job hunting websites \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling a team of Jr. Recruiters \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sources, employ individual methodologies to source candidates via social media
