Responsibilities:
• Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media platforms, professional networks, job boards) to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate the interview process, gathering feedback from interviewers, and communicating updates to candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process, including conducting reference checks and background verifications.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specifications for open positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies, universities) to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
• Male Candidate preferred
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record of hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
