As a TA professional at WiseTech, you will hold deep conversations with candidates, taking the time to genuinely understand who they are and what makes them tick. • You have at least 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on high-growth tech or SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling teams and meeting hiring targets with consistency and quality.
• You\'re a problem solver. You like people problems, and you like technical problems, and you bring strong analytics and modelling to support your recommendations and decisions.
• You are a strategic thinker with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
• You can demonstrate experience in building employer branding initiatives to attract candidates.
