- Ideal candidates should be - Identify, attract, and hire the best talent for the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Should have min 7 yrs of E2E IT recruitment experience in a corporate environment / any agency.
- Should have good communication skills with hands on experience in stakeholder management.
- Should be familiar with various cost-effective sourcing channels.
- Proactively building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. This involves cultivating relationships with passive candidates and keeping them engaged.
- Adhering to legal and organizational policies regarding recruitment practices.
