ICON people have a mission to succeed and a passion that ensures what we do, we do well.The Role:To be successful in the role, you will have:\xc2\xb7 Carries out system testing and assists with other validation and UAT tasks\xc2\xb7 Process requests according to service level agreements (SLAs)\xc2\xb7 Performs Level 1 tasks to support setup of Studies\xc2\xb7 Acts as first responder to requests for systems supported, escalating unresolvable issues to senior team members\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoots and resolves routine system issues.\xc2\xb7 Assists in authoring and updating user guides, Wikis, and websites\xc2\xb7 Assists in training of end users on appropriate processes to follow\xc2\xb7 Performs smoke testing for system releases\xc2\xb7 Acts as subject matter expert (SME) for one or more systems.\xc2\xb7 Process requests according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)\xc2\xb7 Acts as point of escalation for complex system issues\xc2\xb7 Serves as back-up for Sr. Specialists and/or Manager\xc2\xb7 Supports junior team members with complex study setup\xc2\xb7 Supports training materials, Wiki updates, and user guides\xc2\xb7 Works closely with IT for each system release and updates all appropriate documentation for system releases\xc2\xb7 Conducts weekly training sessions and Q&A sessions for end users.\xc2\xb7 Identifies areas for process improvements and evaluates the impact of configuration changes.\xc2\xb7 Works with IT staff to identify root causes and resolve ongoing issues.Benefits of Working in ICON:
