Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Be a first line of support for client questions during the time of implementation
Respond to technical application questions and issues raised by internal customers in support of Operating Level agreements
Liaise with Consultants and implement the configuration changes coming from clients
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications
Work experience on Change Management Process, setting up a project and configuration management (System Configuration)
Manage the set-up and configuration systems
Documenting and evaluating required data and information
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems based on the checklist
Knowledge of current technology
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts and requirements as applicable
Knowledge and understanding of business research principles, processes, and techniques
Knowledge and understanding of Accounting Experience
Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write basic queries
Preferred Domain areas: Healthcare/Financial / Higher Education
Preference Understanding of Axiom product
Understanding of Cloud environment
Knowledge about Salesforce
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel (Advanced Skills)
MS SQL
Should be good enough to review and respond to emails
