:IntroductionThe Information Management (IM) function is rapidly evolving to support the growth of Airbus Group India. Agile ways of working, new digital capabilities and an enhanced customer mindset are key facets of this evolution.DescriptionWe are looking for a highly customer focused, driven and dependable candidate to manage the IS and IT activities across our Bangalore center. The successful candidate will report locally to the Head of Infrastructure and Technology Services. The candidate should have the following attributes:QualificationGraduate with at least 8 to 12 years of strong experience in IT infrastructure and ServicesWork ExperienceExpert levelImproving customer experience through enhanced IT servicesStrong knowledge on asset managementKnowledge on VIP supportProactive health checks on Application Performance to mitigate errors and ensure complianceStrong track record on improving customer satisfaction.Strong working knowledge on Following:Microsoft Active DirectoryMicrosoft Operating System: Windows 10End user device management (Mobile, Table, laptop, desktop)Basic understanding of back office Infrastructure like Server, NetworkStrong knowledge on Infrastructure project management and milestonesKnowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool including ITIL process.IT infrastructure Technical Operation Management under ITIL frameworkSecurity compliance and remediation management.Worked on publishing Deployment and Support Process documents (KB/SOPs)Strong stakeholder management skills.Intermediate LevelITIL.
