Job Description

- Technical proficiency in Oracle Middleware components and operation knowledge on Linux in cloud platform. - Must be having hands on experience of configuration, installation and support of ORMB(Oracle Revenue Management and Billing Product) and OBIEE/OAS reporting application - Administration knowledge in IDCS/IAM(Oracle Identity Cloud Service) or any other Identity management tool - Must have strong WebLogic Administration: knowledge of configuration, installation, deployments and performance tuning. Should be able to troubleshoot independently any issues in WebLogic installation, configuration. - Must be having hands on experience and working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes with container based deployments. - Must have knowledge on DevOps tools like Chef scripts, Jenkins, GitLab, monitoring tools - Prometheus, Grafana and Linux shell scripting. - Experience on supporting workflow based enterprise systems - Must be having hands on experience in Oracle Database, should be able to write efficient sql queries. - Basic knowledge of Networking and Load Balancers. - Should be ready for 24x5 shift rotation with weekend support - Will be an added advantage if the candidate has supported any enterprise applications on a cloud platform. - Should hold experience in supporting Production environments and be able to scale up to manage support of cloud services for a product end to end from customer onboarding to application support. - Should be able to guide others in the team on resolution of critical incidents. - Ability to brainstorm and represent competing ideas, think through problems and visualize solutions. - Thorough understanding of Agile, Scrum and SaFe Agile principles. - Growth mindset who is passionate about learning and applying new technologies. - Good communication skills, process adherence mindset, innovative, systematic, and exceptional team player who works well in collaborative situations.
