Extensive hands-on technical skills to cover installation, configuration, administration, and advanced troubleshooting of data networks in large enterprise that includes Wired & Wireless.3. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written).4. Perform root cause analysis.5. Able to handle high pressure. 6. Experience on Cisco (Routers/Switches), and Juniper products7. Experience on Wireless technologies Cisco, Juniper 8. Experience on Firewall rules & troubleshooting Security incidents across Cisco ASA / Checkpoint & Juniper Firewalls9. Should have good understanding of SDWAN solutions.10. Handling troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, & VPN 11. Good hands-on experience with OS upgrades of different vendors devices. 12. Hands on experience on load Balancers & Optimizers like Riverbed 13. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and IPAM solutions 14. Hands on technologies like IP addressing schema, VLSM, DHCP, DNS etc. 15. Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting complex layer 2 technologies such as VLAN Trunks, VTP Ether channel, STP, RSTP and MST. 16. Excellent NOC Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical 17. Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process.18. Experience on any cloud technologies or SDN technologies will be an added advantageSoft Skills Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) Good documentation skills Should have excellent customer handling skills.Able to handle high pressure situations.High level of acceptance Can drive HCL s value and its methodology.Certifications ITIL v3 / v4CCNA /CCNP -R&S or equivalent Juniper or any other Network certifications (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
