About the Role We are looking for an experienced process-driven professional with the ability to support our customers by providing best-in-class support and deliver strong results. What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points ---- What the Candidate Will Do --- Core production work: Provide the best customer support through emails and chats and maintain high quality Team Development: Help in improving processes so we always optimize for better customer experience and contribute to building the team and the organisation for long term success Customer Experience: Improve customer experience by driving support and enablement Process Improvement: Support the team with policy updates and content development in case of gaps in the SOPs/ KB pages/ Saved Replies ---- Basic Qualifications --- Clear and crisp communication skills both written and verbal 2+ years of customer service experience Open to work in 24X7 support.
