  • Training Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis for,
  • Product release
  • Technical skill gap
  • Relevance of existing training
  • Role-based Technical training
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and SMEs to determine training priorities.
  • Design and Development:
  • Develop comprehensive training programs, including course materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on/lab activities.
  • Willingness to utilize a variety of instructional design methodologies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Ensure training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with product/business standards and organizational objectives.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and boot camps.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to understand the prerequisites for the training in terms of learning and lab setup; communicate to the Learners and follow up on prerequisite completion
  • Coordinate with the SMEs/Trainers on the lab environment issues and be a liaison between the learners and the Trainers
  • Evaluation and Improvement:
  • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Analyze training data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  • Maintain open communication with team members, stakeholders, and participants to ensure training initiatives meet their needs and expectations.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall learning and development strategy.
  • Promote training programs to increase awareness and accelerate training completion.
  • Administration and Reporting:
  • Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, coordination, and participant communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and evaluation results.
  • Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness for management review.
  • Create and maintain JIRAs for tracking and managing training programs.

  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Cloudera Support team
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Technical proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., programming languages, software applications)
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate training schedules and time zones of participants.
