xefx82xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s or masterxe2x80x99s degree in international trade, Science commerce, international trade, logistics, business, or allied education background.
xefx82xb7 3-4 years of professional experience in customer service & logistics or allied functions including order handling, and transportation.
xefx82xb7 Fluent in the English language (both verbal & written), with good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
xefx82xb7 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Tools and must have Knowledge of MS Excel in combing and analyzing data.
xefx82xb7 Awareness of ERP tools. (e.g. xe2x80x93 SAP, Oracle, etc.), Material master updating and validation.
xefx82xb7 Basic Reporting & Data Visualization
xefx82xb7 working knowledge of various quality tools
xefx82xb7 excellent communication skills and strong command over English language/ language off support in the region
xefx82xb7 Excellent analytical ability, logical approach towards problem-solving Team Orientation, Quality Mindset, Communication, Stakeholder Management
Experience
xefx82xb7 Experience with SAP R/3 SD, CRM, MS office, and E-commerce
xefx82xb7 High sense of responsibility and accuracy. Proficient in advanced Excel and have knowledge of Business Warehouse.
xefx82xb7 Self-starter with the ability to face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements.
xefx82xb7 Ability to influence management, problem-solving skills, and manage relationships with global teams.
xefx82xb7 Ability to interact with all levels within the organization across functions and regions.
xefx82xb7 Excellent written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills. Individuals should have a strong understanding of cross-functional activities.The broad responsibilities would be to work with process setup for Operations across regions. This involves:
xefx82xb7 Responsible for Process order consumption and Maintenance & Reporting Activities.
xefx82xb7 Responsible for creating and updating Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Process Maps.
xefx82xb7 Responsible for developing and running various reports and performing data analytics.
xefx82xb7 Process order Follow-ups with finance.
xefx82xb7 Support all departmental Process orders for all supported regions.
xefx82xb7 Coordinate with all regional stakeholders.
xefx82xb7 Participate/assist in ad hoc tasks with key stakeholders.
xefx82xb7 Mentor and Support Team Members in New transitional tasks and responsibilities.
