To work on various pricing processes, implementations & KPI/ KOI Materials Margin (MM) metrics with various stake holders - WW factory operations, Global Commodity team (GCM), Supply Chain team (SSCM) & Business Unit Leads to improve Materials Margin for FLEX, What a typical day looks like: Lead the global pricing process & work with stake holders to implement the prices on time Generate the Unfavorable Cost Reduction (UCR) impact & work with strategic supply chain managers to mitigate cost increases to customers Responsible to track the UPPV cost impact items & initiate actions for better Materials Margin (MM) Manage the pricing access globally - control based on the business/segment roles To work with SITES / GCM on the actions created in the tool for pricing non-compliance & fix it Automate the process for complete digitization Build relationship & collaborate with all stake holders to achieve the defined MM metrics target assigned The experience we\'re looking to add to our team: Education: Engineering / Bachelor degree Experience: 6-8 years of experience in procurement / supply chain Preferrable: Experience with Materials Margin (MM) & global pricing process with hands on tool experience - Microstrategy, Snowflake, Baan, Tableau Need to be flexible in work timings as part of global team when needed (General shift 8am - 5pm can be followed) What you\'ll receive for the great work you provide: (Do not make any changes) Health Insurance PTO #LI-RR1 RR03Job Category Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills:Flex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.
