The Impact You\'ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

As a Senior Strategic Growth Manager you will partner with AVOD (Advertising-Based Video on Demand) customers to help them build out a performance marketing business. You will function as a client Go-To-Market (GTM) expert, educating and advising on pricing strategy, scalable ad policies, selling performance campaigns, campaign management and optimization, and how to scale a performance marketing business.

The Opportunity:

We\'re looking for a Senior Strategic Growth Manager to join Moloco\'s new AVOD business, the first ML-driven monetization platform that allows leading streaming media and OTT companies to leverage the same state-of-the-art technology stack that Moloco uses to drive our own ML-powered performance ads business. In this role you will champion some of the largest ad serving customers in the APAC region, helping OTT publishers build market leading ads capabilities. You will work with our clients\' executives and ad business/tech teams, as well as cross-functionally with Moloco\'s business, marketing, product, data science, engineering, and ML teams to deliver successful client outcomes. Specifically, you will:

  • Craft GTM strategies with our clients to help drive incremental ad revenue growth.
  • Identify growth levers and product improvement opportunities.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with deep understanding of verticals.
  • Educate business users and advertisers on performance ads values and operations.
  • Identify actionable growth initiatives and execute flawlessly to achieve goals.
  • Enable decision-making with a data-driven strategy and valuable insights.
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications.
  • Capture customers\' needs and devise optimized and productive solutions.
  • Lead multiple client meetings and regular business reviews.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience, ideally with a mix of consulting or client-facing and ad-tech background.
  • Mobile/internet industry, business consulting, and performance advertising experiences are preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills to build trustworthy relationships with clients.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
  • Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders to accomplish business goals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset needed to identify and solve problems for a 0-1 business line.
  • Experience managing and executing strategic programs.
  • Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to meet customer needs.
  • Rigor with data (exposure to ML-based products is a plus).
  • Comfort working in a 0-1 environment with willingness to embrace ambiguity.
  • Ownership and passion for continuous growth and creating real value.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-growing global company.
  • Fluency in English.
