Job Description

We are looking for Senior State Program Manager - Uttar Pradesh for Kilkari and Mobile Academy. You will be responsible for end-to-end management and implementation of programmes across the state.


#### Roles & Responsibilities


• Program management and implementation of activities in accordance with the mission and vision of the organisation.
• Key point-of-contact for any programmatic assistance.
• Support all functional teams to ensure timely completion of all planned activities as per the project work plans. Data collection and feedback from the ground to improve the programme design.
• Coordinate and follow-up with the programme teams and liaison with the state officials to enable effective implementation.
• Support IEC and BCC initiatives, and conduct accurate and timely reporting of programme status on a regular basis.
• Assist communications team in sharing learnings from the programme for publication and other requirements.
• Submit field visit report upon completion of every trip.

#### Qualification & Skills:


• Masters in Social Sciences/ Work, Humanities or Public Health
• 13-18 years of relevant work experience in programmatic and administrative support function.
• Preferred experience of working in the development sector/ NGOs would be preferred.
• Experience in program management and implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi/ Guajarati
• Attention to detail, ability to read and interpret data/ documents and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in conducting capacity building sessions with state, district and block level officials and frontline health workers.
