• The Digital Solution Delivery organization at TJX focuses on customer-driven experiences across the globe, including all our eCommerce domains, mobile apps, loyalty programs, in-store digital experiences, and more. We are builders and innovators extending TJX\'s renowned treasure hunt experience to new audiences and fans.
• The Ecomm team designs and develops and tests the tkmaxx.com website which sees millions of pounds worth of orders placed every week. We are looking for a talented, motivated and experienced Senior Staff Integration Engineer to help us take Ecomm to the next level in terms of tools, frameworks and technologies.
• As a Sr Staff Scrum Master on our Digital Team your core responsibilities will include assisting the team to clear obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective, addressing any team dynamics as well as supporting the team to control outside interruptions and distractions. You will also work with the Product Manager, Product Owner and the scrum team in planning and coordinating the deployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams, including full participation in the PI events. Part of your role will include line manager duties so you will be expected to show strong leadership qualities. Finally, a lot of our Features require coordination with 3rd parties outside of the ART, so from time to time you may be asked to coordinate some Feature work.

• The EU Digital Team thrives on strong relationships and teamwork within our scrum team working diligently to address business needs which supports TJX growth and operational stability. On this tightly knit and fast-paced solution delivery team you will be constantly challenged to stretch and think outside the box.
• The success of your role will be directly linked to your ability to build strong relationships within your team, demonstrate Continuous Improvement within your teams and work closely with your peers and the RTE. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you understand SAFe practices relating to your role such as managing WIP, delivering quality and value and Relentless Improvement.

• Supports team impediment removal and dependency tracking.
• Facilitates Agile team ceremonies e.g. daily standups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Ensure team agreements are in place.
• Drives team iteration commitments and plans to maximize business value delivery.
• Collaborates with other Scrum Master across the ART as necessary e.g. Scrum of Scrums
• Coordinates with other teams as necessary, for example Release team and System teams.
• Key partner with your product owner to ensure product backlog items are refined, prioritized and scheduled.
• May support release planning.
• Reviews metrics to measure team progress and responsible for achieving baseline KPI.
• Tracks teams PI Objectives
• Typically supports 1-2 teams.
• Supports ART readiness/Preparation, e.g. for PI events.
• May have direct reports.
• Consistently demonstrates the ability to manage moderately complex work through their teams.
