We are builders and innovators extending TJX\'s renowned treasure hunt experience to new audiences and fans.The Ecomm team designs and develops and tests the tkmaxx.com website which sees millions of pounds worth of orders placed every week. We are looking for a talented, motivated and experienced Senior Staff Integration Engineer to help us take Ecomm to the next level in terms of tools, frameworks and technologies.As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will be an expert in integration technology. Working within an established SAFe framework, in this role you will work with the various scrum teams to ensure that designs are being adhered to as well as reviewing the quality of the code being provided by the developers. You will be focused on standards and areas of improvement.What you will need ?We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years of Integration experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the use of Integration technologies such as IBM Ace and Dell Boomi.The ideal candidate will be with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to continuously improve their skills and knowledge. • Design comprehensive architectural concepts for integration implementations, encompassing patterns, encryption, security, logging, throttling, scalability, and clustering
• Lead the design, prototyping, and delivery of APIs, integrations, and applications across various deployment models (cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid), catering to TJX for cost-efficiency, competitive offerings, and agility in response to new business opportunities
• Provide end-to-end architecture, analysis, build, and testing for integrations, ensuring robustness and scalability
• Design robust APIs on the integration platform and Business Process Orchestrations using ESB, facilitating efficient and scalable integration solutions
• Document design decisions and integrations resulting from new designs, system changes, or upgrades, ensuring clarity and maintainability of documentation
• Collaborate with Product teams and Business stakeholders in the design and implementation of solutions for the most complex TJX Digital requirements
• Lead discussions on design approaches to solving visible, strategic, and complex business problems
• Conduct in depth technical analysis and POCs where required on complex requirements
• Provide input into technical application roadmaps including the recommendation of IT driven projects
• Responsible for achieving operational excellence by delivering technical and functional solutions without compromising on the performance metrics
• Act in the Engineer capacity to kick start new Engineering initiatives and providing technical / functional guidance to resolve issues
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure right solutions are designed meeting Business needs
