Passionate and hungry to learn abouttechnology and driven to deliver impactful solutions that drive business success.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end development of e-commerce platforms from concept toproduction, including architecture design, implementation, and deployment.Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and designpatterns.Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle large volumes oftraffic and transactions.Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help themgrow and develop their technical skills.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the development process,leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance platformcapabilities.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices ine-commerce and software engineering.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield.12+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on ecommerce platform development.Proven track record of building and delivering scalable, high-performance ecommerce platforms from scratch.Strong expertise in coding, design, and architecture, with proficiency in one ormore programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).Experience with modern web technologies, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., JEE,Python, Node.js). Technology agnostic engineer.Deep understanding of database technologies, distributed systems, and cloudcomputing platforms.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think criticallyand strategically.Passionate about technology and driven to deliver impactful solutions that drivebusiness success.Additional Requirements:Experience in the fintech or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.Prior experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a passion fordriving impact and delivering results.
