Should have good knowledge of managing multiple reporting platforms with in-depth knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint presentations etc. Ability to independently create client ready dashboards in Excel and PowerBI. Able to automate routine administrative tasks using MS Office.CRM system knowledge and data maintenance: Extract data and report creation within CRM system. Ability to churn the data into meaningful format and provide insights to the leads. Good knowledge of various sales cycles and stages. Experience in analyzing databases and large volumes of data. Data maintenance of property-based pipeline information. Understanding, extracting, and entering data onto database. Should have good knowledge of managing multiple CRM platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects, as well as meet time constraints and expectations.Account management: Strong skill in account strategy development and internal communication, including the ability to review client feedback, assess financial progress, and gain valuable insights for addressing specific opportunities or issues. Proficient in analyzing client strategies, priorities, and portfolios by utilizing client publications, feedback, and meetings. Skilled in collaborating with teams to develop effective account strategies and action plans. Proven ability to manage programme SharePoint sites, monitoring and gathering client updates from diverse sources, and effectively disseminating information to internal stakeholders.Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Exceptional Stakeholder Management, would need to ensure that all stakeholders are aware about the progress of tasks and clear communication of timelines. Problem solving attitude towards the requests raised and should strive for automating the solutions.Collaboration with team members: Collaborate with EMEA and UK Sales and One JLL Client teams to suggest and develop the most appropriate reporting outputs that enable these teams to demonstrate success and to highlight risks through data-led, evidence-based insights.
