About the role: Conducting new hire and experienced boot-camps on inpatient work type for on-boarded resources. Performing Quality trends analysis & conducting timely webinars based on the mitigation plans designed to improve quality for Inpatient work group. Floor support during transitions & Prebill phase to ensure meeting on quality standards. Physician query handling support for final reviews Preparing educational assignments for QIP (Quality Improvement plan) and quality warning coders Publishing hot topics and newsletters in a timely manner to enhance coders knowledge & expertise. Working closely with the QR team to derive process improvement initiatives like PKT s, quizzes etc. Ensuring timely completion of On-boarding compliance training\'s for newly on-boarded coders Collating AAPC certification information & sharing with management for timely renewals. Participating in client call, meetings & KT sessions JD for Medical Coding - Process Trainer: IPDRG (P1) Education - Any Graduate. Currently working as Process Trainer/QA /SME/Group Coordinator will be an added advantage. Candidates should be certified from AAPC/AHIMA. Should have overall 5 years of experience in coding/auditing in inpatient- DRG. Previous quality scores should be as per the benchmark of 95% and above. Excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent public speaking skills Analytical Skills Exhibit Clear Thinking/Reasoning Articulates & presents his/her thought process well.
