Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests.

The role of the Talent Analytics Analyst is to analyse and interpret data in order to support the Human Resources strategy and objectives within NTT Ltd.

This role will compile reports, analyse, and synthesize data to communicate key Talent and People metrics to senior stakeholders within the Human Resources team, as well as within the broader NTT business.

The Talent Analytics Analyst will analyse data to identify areas of concern in specific areas relating to talent and technical capability in the business.

Key role and responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Talent Analytics suite of reports working closely with HR CoEs, Regions, Divisions, and Functions
  • Build a single source of truth for HR Data
  • Present Talent Insights to CHRO, Talent COE Head, and HRDs that drive action.
  • Transform current transactional reporting model to self-serve BI model: primarily supporting - Talent Development, Spans Layers, Retention, Promotion, Learning and development, Internal Mobility and talent Visibility Insights
  • Drive and own the enablement of key talent insights to COE heads and HR Leaders
  • Support measurement on Impact Metrics in partnership with the Talent COE \xe2\x80\x93 measure the impact
  • Lead the development of high-quality insight reports and presentations for Executives, HRDs & COE heads
  • Liaise with IT and Digital Transformation teams to ensure our data is fit for purpose
  • Drive data governance related to employee talent data
  • Coach and mentor talent insights team members
  • Actively contribute to the Talent Insights strategy & Talent COE strategy
Knowledge, skills and attributes:
  • Ability to present analytics dashboards to internal stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
  • Data visualization \xe2\x80\x93 must be adept in using data visualization and BI tools, preferably Power BI
  • Storyteller \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to translate data into insights and liaise with business stakeholders to influence action
  • Ability to interface with both Human Resources and Business stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Process and data governance oriented
  • Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of data privacy and employment related laws
Required qualifications and certifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related
Required experience:
  • 10 years of experience working with Data manipulation, synthesis, and presentation
  • Data manipulation \xe2\x80\x93 must have experience in Advanced Excel, MS Access, SQL Server
  • Experience in ETL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence (3rd party data sources)
  • Experience in Workday or SuccessFactors
  • Must be adept at managing communication channels, and comfortable in disseminating data insights with a global audience.
