ROLE PROFILE: We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Paid Search to join our team as part of the Search & Display Media team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results, working patiently with cross-organisational teams. You\xe2\x80\x99ll see the size of this organisation, the number of collaborators and the complexity of our products as a great opportunity to play a critical role in an increasingly successful international business by shaping our Digital Transformation team. WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING: \xe2\x80\xa2 Expand our customer acquisition strategy through the paid search channel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be hands-on with implementation, ongoing management and optimisation. Deliver a step-change in sales performance through restructuring and increased investment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all campaigns operate to agreed budget and return on investment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain a clear Test and Learn plan to increase reach, optimise click thru-rate, optimise conversion rate and maximise customer lifetime value. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the analytics and insights functions to measure and validate the incrementality of existing and new initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively build cases to drive incremental sales with an incremental budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc reports as directed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively identify customer friction points and propose improvements. Create and share value cases with relevant partners to influence, get the buy-in and agree on a timeline for solution implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with internal partners to enhance overall performance of the Digital Transformation team. WHAT YOU\'LL BRING: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a paid search specialist or in a similar digital advertising role \xe2\x80\xa2 A passion for developing and executing paid search strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI, with the ability to report performance against business metrics \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to collaborate and manage relationships with specialist agencies to deliver successful paid search campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of keyword research, bid management, and campaign performance analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to track and improve campaign performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience with PPC management tools and practices, including A/B testing, ad copy creation, and landing page optimisation \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, prioritisation, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with SEM tools such as SEMrush or Moz \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and understanding of user experience (UX) principles \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of advanced targeting and remarketing strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in large-scale digital marketing projects or campaigns, including cross-functional collaboration with creative and technical teams LSEG Purpose and Values Our purpose is driving financial stability, empowering economies and enabling customers to create sustainable growth.
