Having at least + 5 year of experience in IAM operations. Experience in toolset like OIM or SailPoint is preferred. Client interfacing skills with strong communication skills. Good Knowledge of LDAP, database, SQL and UNIX commands Strong knowledge of SQL Scripting & Linux is mandatory. High analytical skills. Incident handling and service request handling of all P1, P2 and P3 issues for User Access Management. Apply tactical workaround & Analytical skills for Troubleshooting and Analysis of issues and errors within applications and implement potential resolutions. Enable / Disable User ID, carry out password reset via IDM console. Carry out minor enhancement in user form, organization membership, Identity Template, etc. Coordinate with Vendor and additional teams as per requirement to maintain health and uptime of IAM application environment. Must be aware about Joiner Mover & leaver Constructs. Policy and configuration changes within the IAM application environment. Log analysis to identify potential or existing errors and follow SOPs to resolve such issues. Implement patches as per patch deployment steps provided by application/platform vendor. Responsible to monitor the reconciliation functions, determine how often and when reconciliation takes place, and respond appropriately to situation causing failure during reconciliation. Produce monthly reports covering number of users provisioned / de-provisioned, number of password reset cases, number of inactive / disabled users and update SOP s, Rub Book documentation etc. Knowledge in Service Management. Handling MIM bridge and coordination with MIM with resolution mindset. (1.) To clearly understand the client\'s cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
