The Marketing team at Dolby, creates passion and relevance for the "Dolby Difference" driving sell-in and sell-thru of Dolby enabled devices, services, content, and experiences across multiple constituents - partners, creators, consumers, and developers.We\'re seeking an early-career marketing professional to support the Dolby India Marketing team in shaping Dolby\'s D2C & B2B2C narrative in India, with consistent, effective communication across digital and traditional channels. This role demands a dynamic, young, innovative & creative thinker who understands the digital medium well and can also leverage data based insights to sense the pulse of the GenZ & millennials.Responsibilities:

  • Support Dolby India Marketing Head in implementing partner marketing programs, executing consumer marketing campaigns & in building brand Dolby in India
  • Create and execute marketing programs to drive Dolby adoption, build Dolby brand familiarity & integration of Dolby\'s offering with partner products/services
  • Execute D2C marketing camapign across multiple touchpoints with a digital first approcah & colloborate with partners to promote the value of Dolby technologies to their consumers across marketing channels (product launch, trade shows, sales collaterals, channel trainings, retail merchandising, demos content, UI/UX, packaging, digital media, etc.)
  • Work with primary & secondary data to cull insights on evolving consumer behaviour & market trends to support local business strategy.
  • Drive & execute GTM plans to grow Dolby\'s community in India across digital touchpoints & deliver Dolby experiences to consumers, partners & trade.
  • Build relationships at all levels across Dolby\'s marketing organization.
  • Partner with the India sales team.
  • Manage the digital, PR and creative agencies locally.
Role Specification:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in B2B, B2B2C & Consumer Marketing, across Consumer Electronics, Mobile OEMs, Media Broadcast, OTT, PayTV or Cinema.
  • A good understanding of the Consumer Electronics, Mobile business, Media Broadcast, OTT, Content & Cinema landscape in India.
  • Proven track record in implementing colloborative marketing programs with partners or executing D2C campaigns especially across digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking using data for analytical reasoning & for insights and with strong creative abilities.
  • Proven track record in working effectively with cross functional global teams and managing external agencies.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and partnerships internally and externally.
  • Understanding of new age content delivery tecnhologies, of the digital landscape & PR with be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
  • MBA from a premium institute like IIM/XLRI/ISB/FMS/MICA is a MUST
