This role involves managing the administration of the Marketo marketing automation platform to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including data remediation actions, troubleshooting production/operational issues, and supporting campaign management.At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. This position is part of the Digital Production Team located in Bangalore, India and will be a hybrid role.What You\'ll Do:\xc2\xb7 Perform standard daily admin processes to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Marketo platform inclusive of field management and data management.\xc2\xb7 Manage existing platform integrations and respond to user requests for operational adaptation in a timely manner.\xc2\xb7 Oversee operational models within Marketo to ensure they align with business goals, ensuring standard work and documentation is created for operational stability.\xc2\xb7 Maintain user permissions and access controls to safeguard data and system functionality.\xc2\xb7 Provide support in managing general Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC) demands, ensuring seamless functionality between the two systems.\xc2\xb7 Partner with IT and compliance to ensure compliance standards are met and maintained within the master and transactional data compliance.\xc2\xb7 Assist in campaign management, including the setup and execution of marketing campaigns codified structure and attributes are clean and maintainable at scale.\xc2\xb7 Act as a liaison between cross functional teams.\xc2\xb7 Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve our sales enablement platform.Who You Are:\xc2\xb7 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within Marketo administration with proven success in designing and implementing Marketo admin management.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience driving innovation and process improvement that enables the business to achieve its objectives.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills with fluent English.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.\xc2\xb7 Taking responsibility and ownership for work issues. Showing initiative and solution based mindset.\xc2\xb7 Ability to self-start and learn.
