The team and support staff are currently located in US, Poland and India. The team operates in-office and remotely and covers global hours as required. Responsibilities: Perform deep dive spend analysis to identify, assess and implement cost savings opportunities including issuance of RFPs and competitive events, supplier consolidation, commercial negotiations (volume discounts/ price reductions). Lead and negotiate highly complex contract negotiations with deep understanding of supplier commercials, and other complex contract issues including SaaS, MSAs, SOW, Terminations and NDAs Independently reviews and analyses contract asks, effectively communicates requirements and determines solutions and actions in response to contract asks. Serves as the direct point of contact for negotiations with contracting parties.
