Collection of source reports, performing analysis and consolidation for consumption by key stakeholders Review and validation of Finance dashboards to identify the gaps and abnormalities and update the information for the governance Establish strong stakeholder management and governance model Participate in monthly operations review of manufacturing plants Communicate the action items identified from Monthly review meeting and follow up on the closure of assigned actions Ensuring control checks are available for the activities, documenting standard way of working and ensuring the same has been followed. Collaborate with technology team (SAP/ BI) to update, make design changes in dashboard/Mfg. cost template. Onboarding of New Facilities Resolving the issues related to Finance dashboard Maintaining Access Control Matrix for Finance dashboard Carrying out centrally driven finance transformation projects for all manufacturing plants Preparation and Validation of data manufacturing cost templates Take complete control on budgeting process - yearly activity Profile Description Qualified CMA with 3-5 years (or) M.Com/MBA Finance with 6-8 years of experience in finance and accounts, costing from a manufacturing industry. Candidates with good Data Analytics/Financial Dashboards/Reporting experience (with Tableau/PowerBI/Advanced Excel) is preferred. Experience in Manufacturing industry and accounting Preferably a Cost Accountant, MBA(Finance), M.Com from Maufacturing industry Good understanding of costing and related activities Excellent written and verbal communication with interpersonal Skills Data analysis and validation, Attention to details, Self-Starter Good Analytical Skills to infer and report observations Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP/BI/Tableau Operations Willing to learn new process and new tools Ability to understand various reporting platforms to consolidate information Ability to prioritize and plan, balance priorities and deadline Mindsprint is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
