JOB DESCRIPTION


At NSF International, the safety of our team members is our number one priority while we work with regulators, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to promote public safety and planet health.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Support implementing the workplace health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) program at NSF International's APAC lab and office locations. Major locations include India, Thailand, and Shanghai, China.
• Provide expert advice to site safety champions and representatives regarding corporate expectations, legal requirements, and technical advancements. Follow through on related corrective actions.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive risk assessments. Recommend and oversee changes related to HSSE.
• Conduct thorough inspections and meticulously document findings. Devise improvement measures based on these assessments.
• Analyze work-related incidents and health protection matters. Formulate preventative measures to enhance safety.
• Create training materials and deliver training sessions as needed.
• Lead Safety Committee meetings to address safety concerns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with external HSSE partners and engage with local authorities as necessary.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:


• Educational background in HSSE related field.
• HSSE Certification (such CSP, NEBOSH, or equivalent) preferred, and NSF is open to sponsoring certification on the job.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Skill in additional language is a plus.
• To be based in New Delhi, India or Bangkok, Thailand area and willingness to travel.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous work ethic, and a strong customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in utilizing common MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
