Job RequirementsRole/ Job Title: Senior Specialist-Design & PlanningFunction/ Department: Corporate Real Estate & serviceJob Purpose:The role entails the responsibility to lead the design function for projects of the bank with effectively. . It includes making of Drawings, managing project budgets, forecasts, resources, tasks, schedules, risks, communications, and delivery as per the standards set. The role holder is expected to collaborate with cross functional teams for smooth approval of drawings as well as ensure best in class project management capabilities are shared and adopted.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish design team, co-ordinate staff engaged in project work and provide leadership, vision, coaching & direction.
  • Undertake detailed project architectural design & documentation of the branches and office interior projects.
  • Ensure that deliverables, objectives, and outcomes of the project(s) are achieved as specified.
  • Coordinate with various business, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and ensure compliance to the design manual.
  • Assist in preparing the budgets and maintain the MIS for the infra projects.
  • Ensure baseline project documents are produced, maintained and available to all parties concerned and effectively used.
  • Ensure assigned individuals are executing identified and assigned tasks.
  • Act as an internal quality control check for the project
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested products and services.
  • Facilitate trainings, workshops as required.
  • Responsible for steering stakeholder meetings, communication of status, issues, risks
  • Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Create, build, and distribute reports based on project goals and metrics. Report on successes and lessons learned.
  • Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team.
  • Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Guiding the repartees and training them for the works.
  • Keep abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Monitor key parameters on productivity, hiring quality and costs
  • Ensure adherence to benchmarks/processes set up for finalizing commercials and other key parameters.
Education Qualification:Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)/B ArchPost-graduation: MBA/PGDMExperience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
